Ingredients For Tomatoes Preservation
Tomatoes
Salt
Vinegar
Cooking oil
Method:
Take tomatoes in bulk and cut them into raw pieces.
In a big pan add tomatoes with some water and let them cook until it gets tender.
After 15 to 20 min add some salt and cooking oil to preserve.
Blend or mix the tomatoes they will turn into puree and preserve in a plastic or glass jar for two weeks in the refrigerator or you can freeze them for a month.

How to preserve Green Chillies:
Method:
Wash green chillies and remove stems.
You can store them as it is in airtight plastic bags or grind green chillies with some water when become paste strain the water and add some salt, vinegar, or cooking oil. Keep it in airtight jars and refrigerate for 3 to 4 weeks.
