Egg Cheese Sandwich: A Healthy Meal

Egg Cheese Sandwich is very popular and instant to made recipe usually it is used in breakfast but some time we made it for lunch and dinner according to the situation.

Egg Cheese Sandwich is very healthy and energetic meal due to the good amount of proteins. It has low fat. A normal egg cheese sandwich has almost 350 to 450 calories.

How To Make Egg Cheese Sandwich?

Ingredients:

Eggs 3
Tomato 1 medium
Onion chopped 1
Coriander and green chillies as per taste
Milk 2 tbsp

Spices:

Ginger powder 1/2 tspn
Black pepper 1 tspn
Chilli flakes. 1 tspn
Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
Garam masala powder 1/2 tspn
Mozzarella cheese 200 grams
Bread slices 4

Making Method

Mix all the spices with eggs Heat a wide sauce pan. Add 2 TBSP oil spread the mixed egg batter on low flame.

Then layer with cheese on top and let it cook for 1 min. Then add 2 slices of bread on layered cheese and cook for 3 mins then turn the side.

Again layer with grated cheese and sprinkle some red Chilli flakes on top, add 2 more slices on top and cook for 3 mins.

Now equally brown from both sides Sandwich is ready to serve with Chilli garlic sauce or as per your choice.
