Ingredients For Chicken Karahi Recipe
Chicken 1 KG
Oil 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 TBSP
Green Chilli Crushed 1 TBSP
Tomato 4 Large
Green Chilli For Garnishing
Coriander For Garnishing
Spices:
Ginger Powder 1 TSP
Salt 1 and 1/2 TSP
Red Chilli Powder 1 TSP
Red Chilli Flakes. 1 TSP
Cumin Powder 1 TSP
Coriander Powder 1 TBSP
Garm Masala Powde 1 TSP
Kashmiri Red Mirch 1/4 TSP
Salt To Taste
Qasoori Methi 1 TBSP
Lemon Drops 6 to 7
Yogurt 4 TBSP
Cooking Method For Chicken Karahi
- Heat the oil in Karahi and fry the chicken
- Add ginger, garlic paste and green chilli paste until it gets golden brown
- Add the spices and fry for 5 mins
- Add 1 glass water and cover the pan until it gets tender cook for 10 to 15 mins on medium flame
- then add cut tomatoes and cook for 5 min on high flame until it gets dry
- add yogurt ginger green chilli coriander Qasoori Methi and garam masala drizzle some lemon drops.
Karahi is ready serve with naan or roti.
