Ingredients:
Red beans 1 cup
Chikpeas 1 cup
corns 1 cup (if available)
capsicum 1 big
cucumber 2 medium
tomato 2 medium
onion 2 medium
green chillies (according to taste)
corriander/parsely( according to taste)
Prepare Dressing:
take a bowl and add 3 to 4 tblspn olive oil , 4 tblspn lemon juice 2 tblspn chilli sauce , mix it well then add 1/2 tspn salt 1/2 tspn freshly grated black pepper and some crushed corriander leaves mix it well and its ready .
Preparation:
take a big bowl and add all mentioned ingredients ,drizzle the dressing generously and toss it untill it gets combined equally dish it out and enjoy as appetizer as well as a meal time sidedish .
